This beef recipe is simple, but comes out delicious because of the way it is prepared. You get plenty of beef in the form of chuck roast, and it is recommended to use grass-fed beef in this recipe as well as any other beef recipe you follow while eating Paleo. It’s also using a few glasses of red wine, and a good portion of tomato paste. If you are concerned about the red wine, don’t worry, the alcohol burn away during the cooking process, leaving just the flavor behind. Between the resveratrol in the red wine, and the lycopene in the tomatoes, you are getting a very healthy meal here.

These were really tasty- thank you! A great, simple recipe that seems very adaptable with ingredients I always have on hand – perfect. I made them without the bacon (a sin?) but had some chicken sausage that I made on the side and ate with them for that salty and sweet combo – both for dinner last night and breakfast this morning :) I also finally made your banana bread and that will definitely be a staple recipe! Great work and thank you for sharing! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iByLhzowRl0
Quiche is usually fair game on the Paleo diet because it’s primarily made with eggs, and eggs are definitely a Paleo approved food. This particular quiche recipe includes plenty of delicious ingredients, and she’s topped it off with a zucchini hash crust so it’s crunchy on the top, and full of eggs and yummy vegetables on the bottom. All of the ingredients that are not Paleo in a traditional quiche have been removed and replaced with Paleo perfect items. Flax meal is used as an optional ingredient, and we’d suggest it since it adds beneficial omega-3s to the mix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKV90Cs311I
These are sirloin rolls have brussel sprouts and fennel as sidekicks, but the sirloin is going to get top billing as the star of the show. Making sirloin rolls can be tricky unless you know how to do it, and they’ve provided helpful instructions here so yours will come out looking just like theirs. They have bacon rolled up with the sirloin, so you’re going to get plenty of flavor, and it’s nice that they have matched all of this meat with Brussels sprouts, one of the healthiest vegetables around. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5IRx9zlEMOk
This is like a traditional smoky, garlicky, and salty snack mix but it’s made with only real clean ingredients. It can be somewhat addicting. It’s just a nice pure nutty goodness with smoked spices and garlic infused olive oil. You can make it with any kind of nuts you’d like. Walnuts and pecans were used because they are lots of nooks and crannies for the spices to grab onto and stay. The almonds were used to add some extra crunchiness. There are cashews in the picture. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xblDaUVq55s
Given the unhealthy options available at airport and on most flights, it’s a great plan to come prepared with your own Paleo snacks. Check the security requirements at the airports you’re travelling through to determine which of the following options will be allowed on your airplane. Hopefully with unopened packets, you should have no problems, but do check first!
I made these amazing pancakes they were amazing! the whole family loves them! I have tried fancy variations replacing the applesauce with pumpkin and adding pumpkin pie spice. and to make this even more decadent I have topped it with whipped coco cream! Thank you for sharing and making my morning WOW!!! So hard to find recipes that are paleo and not meat and veggies…I am french and can not have these for breakfast… https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zq0Ix-Vfoww
These are the best gluten free pancakes I’ve ever had… and maybe the best pancakes ever, period! They are so good! I added an overripe banana and decreased the coconut milk a tad to keep the consistency right. I topped them with whipped coconut cream and fresh strawberries. OMG. I want to eat them every day from now on. THANK YOU! I wish there was a way to post a picture, because they actually turned out beautifully browned and round, too, which is hard to come by in most grain free pancakes in my experience! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FsNAQwZfagA

These pizza bites don’t need a crust because they’re resting on a slice of uncured pepperoni or salami. This makes them a snack that you can make in a jiffy, because you don’t have to wait around for the crust to bake. It also helps give them a big pizza taste, even if you opt out of the optional organic mozzarella cheese. The sauce is the real kicker here, and it’s made using organic tomato sauce and the necessary ingredients to make it taste like a pizza. Drop a black olive slice right in the middle and these pizza bites are ready to consumption. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IsZmHSKqSU
