I realize that this is the silliest question and maybe it relates to the mushy question someone else had. I tried making these about a month ago and had an awful hard time flipping them without them either sticking to the turner or them breaking all apart on me. How can I get them to turn like those inflammatory pancakes that people make (very easy)?

I’m really loving these and have made them twice. The only variation in my prep work is that I seperate my eggs and beat the whites into whipped light air before folding in the batter and I noticed the pancakes have a lighter texture and not dense. I changed no ingredients so 2 thumbs up and hubby is diabetic and can eat these no problem so he is happy. Much thanks !

This Crock Pot roast has everything you’d want from a traditional Sunday roast, all in one pot. The beauty of it is that everything comes out perfectly cooked so the meat is very tender and juicy and the carrots, celery, onions, and cauliflower all come out soft and ready to eat. A major bonus to this is just how easy it is to get everything prepared and put into the slow cooker. Most roasts will have you checking in on it from time to time, but this one let’s you relax for about 8 hours before you have to do anything else to it.
Amazed this recipe works out as well as it does. Would not have thought that the amount of time under the broiler would have produced a very juicy and favorable chicken with a very crispy crust. Used my 12" Lodge Cast Iron skillet (which can withstand 1000 degree temps to respond to those who wondered if it would work) and it turned out great. A "make again" as my family rates things. This is a great recipe, and I will definitely make it again. My butcher gladly butterflied the chicken for me, therefore I found it to be a fast and easy prep.
