Hi, Susan! I linked to Thrive Market under the Siete amazon link. That’s the only other online place I get them or I purchase them from Whole Foods! They’re cheaper on Thrive Market than they are at Whole Foods unless you can find them on sale at the store. You can also purchase them through the siete website directly, however I’m unsure what the price and shipping is! They’re so good though! If you haven’t tried the tortillas yet, I’d recommend getting the almond flour ones first. They’ve seemed to hold up better (more sturdy) than the coconut ones if you have wet/heavy ingredients in your taco 🙂
Diet has been an important part of our evolution—as it is for every species—and we have inherited many adaptations from our Paleo predecessors. Understanding how we evolved could, in principle, help us make smarter dietary choices today. But the logic behind the Paleo diet fails in several ways: by making apotheosis of one particular slice of our evolutionary history; by insisting that we are biologically identical to stone age humans; and by denying the benefits of some of our more modern methods of eating.
Your Vitality.  Even healthy individuals (without disease or in their later stages of life) have shown benefits from following a Paleo template. A study of 14 healthy volunteers (Österdahl et al, 2008) found that all participants experienced enhanced blood sugar regulation, an increase in vitamin and mineral status, decreased inflammation and weight, and lowered blood pressure.
Avocados are a fantastic source of healthy fats so they have always been one of the top paleo foods. Most people just slice up avocado and serve it raw (simple and tasty), but avocado can actually be delicious when it is cooked for a brief period of time. This recipe creates a crushed pork rind coating for long slices of avocado that are then baked in the oven. The resulting treat has a salty, crunchy coating and a soft, creamy interior. A perfect fry for those who crave that crunchy, salty taste of a regular French fry.

The many reviews at Amazon are basically flawless. The sole complaint is over the lack of nutritional information. But there is no counting on the paleo diet and its inclusion would have been inappropriate. Published September 10, 2011. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMzc2fEIvXE

The Hiwi are not particularly healthy. Compared to the Ache, a hunter–gatherer tribe in Paraguay, the Hiwi are shorter, thinner, more lethargic and less well nourished. Hiwi men and women of all ages constantly complain of hunger. Many Hiwi are heavily infected with parasitic hookworms, which burrow into the small intestine and feed on blood. And only 50 percent of Hiwi children survive beyond the age of 15. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IsZmHSKqSU
